Molri Training is an online personal training and fitness website. Our Aim is to promote "fitness into lifestyle" where you can enjoy your pizza while having a fit physique.
How will I communicate with my trainer?
You’ll be able to message me at any time directly through e-mail.
How quickly will my trainer get back to me?
You shouldn’t have to wait more than 48hours for a response to a question, excluding weekends and holidays.
Do I need to be a member of a gym?
Yes you have to be the member of the gym.
Do you work with women?
Yes, we work with both men and women, and have many female clients.
How long before I see results?
That depends on your specific goals – but we’re fully committed to helping you reach those goals in the least amount of time.

How do I learn how to do each exercise?
To make sure you’re doing all of the exercises in your workouts correctly, we’ll give you step-by-step instructions and demonstration for every exercise in your plan.
